Do I need to be home?
No, many of our clients are at work. You can leave a key in a lockbox or provide access details. We are fully insured and police checked.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring everything needed, including vacuum cleaners and mops. If you have specific products you want us to use, just let us know.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance up to $10 million.
How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards via our secure online booking system. Payment is processed after the clean is completed.
What if I am unhappy with the clean?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the missed areas for free.
Do you clean on weekends?
Yes, we are available 7 days a week. Weekend rates may apply.
