By using GenZ Tradies services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made online. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards.

If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean it at no extra cost.

We are fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by loose fittings.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
